The world´s most expensive offices - this time Russia «only» takes the bronze

Today Moscow ranks third in terms of the world´s most expensive office space

Moscow has changed considerably in the last few years. This development can best be confirmed by the change in prices for office space. Today Moscow ranks third in terms of the world´s most expensive office space, only behind Hong Kong and London. «Moscow» is the business centre of Russia and its regions, as well as being the gateway to Asia. «In the last few years, an extremely strong demand for high-quality office space has developed here», says Bernd D. Fichtner, Managing Director of international trade fair organizer OWP Ost-West-Partner GmbH.

Ranking worldwide – London, Hong Kong, Moscow

In Sochi, Russia was still the leader, but here it had to be satisfied with bronze. First place goes to London, and second place to Hong Kong, followed by Moscow in third place.
The large demand for top-quality, technically well-equipped office space in Moscow and Russia is consistently high. This development includes the building sector, and investors and architects alike must give advance thought to optimal design of office space. In general, they find ideas, incentives and new trends at international trade fairs such as Office Next Moscow 2014 – an international forum for office design, internal architecture and real estate.

Office Next Moscow 2014

Office Next Moscow is composed of three parts: Trends, the actual trade fair for trade visitors with exhibitors in the open-space concept; Talks, the conference with international top-notch speakers and presentations; and Awards, the competition for the best Russian and international office projects.

By uniting knowledge, information and experience, this concept ensures that a balanced mix is created for the visitors. From 27-29 May 2014 in Moscow, leading international exhibitors from all relevant areas, including light technology, office furniture, acoustics, IT solutions, media technology and so much more, will offer an overview of the latest products and trends.

Gostiny Dvor, a new location with more space for more creativity

Office Next Moscow 2014 will take place in one of Moscow´s most interesting locations: Gostiny Dvor. The medieval building was completely refurbished and modernised in 1995. High ceilings, glass roof and central location near the Kremlin make the venue extremely attractive - especially for creative office community.
