Moscow - financial centre of Russia - high demand for office space in the future

Moscow is a world metropolis, which is developing dynamically and evenly. Moscow is the largest city of Russia and is the most important Russian financial center. More than half of the total volume of foreign investment in Russia is funded in the Russian capital, as well as over 80 % of the financial flows of the country and more than half of the Russian banking capital. Almost 90 % of the headquarters of international banks and financial organizations that are active in Russia are represented in Moscow, almost the entire stock market activity of the country takes place here. The department of urban planning of Moscow proposes to build 3.3 million sqm of office space by 2016. However, the location needs to be decentralized, which is not surprising, as there are already 15 million sqm of office space here. Either way, the demand in the Russian metropolis continues to be very high and will not weaken in the future.

The market for office space offers enormous growth potential for foreign companies. At Office Next Moscow 2014 - an international forum for office design, technology and real estate - these elements are put together. New Location Gostiny Dvor - more space for more creativity

Office Next Moscow 2014 will be held in one of the most architecturally interesting locations of Moscow: in Gostiny Dvor. The medieval building was completely renovated and modernized in 1995. High ceilings, an unsupported glass roof as well a central location near the Kremlin make this location unique - especially for such a creative event as Office Next Moscow.
